Hello, My name is John Stavast. I received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University Idaho and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University. I have studied immensely since graduation in how to best help people out of pain and to function physically more efficiently.
I enjoy helping people understand why their pain is occurring and what they can do so that they are equipped with the correct knowledge and tools to overcome the pain they are suffering.
I am happily married to my wife Samantha. We have one very cute son, and a wonderful dog.
I also enjoy computer programming and have a second degree from Brigham Young University Idaho in Applied Technology.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family.
